Refund & Credit Policy

This Refund & Credit Policy has two parts: the software (sections 1 to 4) and the playbook and prompts (section 5). Sections 1 to 4 apply to subscriptions and Credit purchases made through VidClever.com.

1. General Policy

All subscription payments and Credit purchases are generally non-refundable. Generation outputs depend on AI models and user configurations.

2. What Qualifies for a Refund

VidClever processes refunds for verified, system-level technical failures, such as:

• Corrupted or unplayable output video files
• Complete audio silence or audio corruption in delivered output
• System rendering failure causing missing footage

3. What Does Not Qualify

Refunds are not granted for creative preferences, mismatched B-roll choices, voice tone personal dislikes, or poor results caused by misconfigured prompts/channel settings.

4. How to Request

Submit refund requests with your account email and details to [email protected]. Approved refunds are issued through our payment processor.

5. The YouTube Anti-Slop Playbook and its companion prompts

This section applies to two downloads: The YouTube Anti-Slop Playbook and The Anti-Slop Copy-and-Paste Prompts for YouTube Scripts. Sections 1 to 4 above apply to VidClever subscriptions and Credit purchases only.

Our guarantee. 30-day money-back guarantee on the playbook and the prompts.

How to ask for a refund. Email [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase, and we'll refund you. You're welcome to tell us what missed the mark, but you don't have to.

How you're paid back. These two products are paid for through our payment processor. We refund the payment to your original payment method.

On your bank statement. Charges will appear as CLEVER VIDEO on your bank statement.

Digital downloads. Both products are digital files. The guarantee covers both whether you bought them together or separately, and at the $7 price or the $5 buyers-only price.
